This yoga therapy program or workshop explores some of Liz Koch's work, Core Awareness™️. The psoas is a key tissue in back/hip health. It is often dry, short, and exhausted. In this class, you learn optimal ergonomics, trauma processing, and how to get in touch with your deepest core integrity.
