Chair Yoga

Accessible to all bodies, this class focused on healthy aging. These techniques are extremely gentle and this class can be a benefit when we want to decrease load on our system, while increasing strength, flexibility, and alignment.

Fascia Hydration

Fascia is our biological fabric that holds us together, the connective tissue network. This tissue allows our body to communicate best when it is supple, wet, and able to slide and glide. In this class, we use different techniques to assess stuck fascia and then we gently hydrate, align, and release for optimal function.
