After many years afflicted by trauma, Angela felt hopeless. Desperately attempting to find reprieve, she finally stumbled upon yoga therapy and yoga specifically for body pain. After only a few short months of commited practice, Angela could feel overwhelming relief by applying the tools learned through yoga for body pain and life began to change for the better.
Angela was inspired to develop this yoga for pain program available online to support others who may be suffering in the same way. A self-guided online program with connection to a like-minded community, The Yoga Therapy to Heal program offers the opportunity to learn from the comfort of your own home, at your own pace, while receiving support, as needed.
