In a quiet cove, estate-style private lakefront living on over 2 acres with 350 feet of lake frontage, this oasis boasts a restorative haven for nature's healing and deep rest. With opportunities to kayak, hike, hot tub, and center yourself through your choice of yoga and yoga therapy practices.

During this short retreat, we offer many styles for ALL LEVELS of experience. Angela, your yoga therapist and hostess specializes in rehabilitation, chronic conditions, and nervous system regulation.

Arrive Friday afternoon to settle in and ease your way into nourishing yoga therapy practices. We will conclude the retreat around 6pm on Sunday evening with a closing ceremony.

Our goal is to offer an affordable experience for all body types, including bodies in pain, 'dis-ease' and injury recovery. We empower or students by educating each participant on alignment, energy flow, fascia hydration, and trauma processing.
