Join us to learn tips and tricks to perfect the art of sourdough bread! You will receive: -a bowl with your personally prepared dough to take home and bake, once fully proofed -a 10 year old sourdough starter to care for and use for your home bakery -instructions and website info for recipes and more! There is a proofing break during the workshop. Bring your appetite to nosh on local fare.
