About the event
This 3 day Serenity Cove yoga retreat will leave you feeling centered, grounded, and inspired to move in a way that suits you best. Our 2nd annual yoga retreat provides accommodations for everyone, including RV camping or room rentals.
Angela & guests will offer a variety of daily classes. Whether you prefer practicing yoga in a chair or are eager to energize your body and mind, we have options for you. Vinyasa, hatha, nidra, yin, restorative, pain care, trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and various workshops including sound baths, personal development, mantra & chanting, and many more are available each day. If you decide to skip a class or two, there are plenty of activities such as hiking, kayaking, cold plunging, paddleboarding, sourdough baking, hot tubbing, or simply relaxing with your favorite book in the outdoor hammock surrounded by peaceful lakefront and stunning views.
